How do I report a bug?
Email support@akhada.app with:
- The email you sign in with
- iPhone model and iOS version
- What you did, what happened, what you expected to happen
- A screenshot or screen recording if you can
What is Akhada Pro?
The free app gives you unlimited logging, unlimited routines, custom exercises, and the last 30 days of history. Pro unlocks full history, advanced analytics (PR wall, muscle balance heatmap, per-exercise weight progression), the AI routine generator, and the Pro badge. Pricing is on the in-app paywall.
How is my data handled?
Workouts and profile data live in our Supabase backend and are scoped to your account. We use Sentry for crash reports and PostHog for product analytics, both configured to not collect personal identifiers. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
Open Akhada, tap the gear icon on the You tab, then Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. Deletion is immediate and wipes your sessions, routines, custom exercises, profile, and avatar. There is no recovery window.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Cancellation lives in iOS, not in Akhada. Open iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Akhada Pro, then choose Cancel. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
Inside Akhada, the Settings screen has a Manage Subscription shortcut that opens the same iOS page.
How do I restore a Pro purchase on a new device?
Sign in to Akhada with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase, open the paywall (Settings → Upgrade), and tap Restore purchases at the bottom of the sheet. Lifetime, Founding Lifetime, and active subscriptions all restore through this flow.
